Getting An Academy Empty Getting An Academy

As you can tell I'm working on getting an academy:

Buildings
Village Headquarters (Level 18)
Barracks (Level 10)
Stable (Level 7)
Workshop (Level 3)
Smithy (Level 17)
Rally point (Level 1)
Statue (Level 1)
Market (Level 10)
Timber camp (Level 20)
Clay pit (Level 20)
Iron mine (Level 20)
Farm (Level 15)
Warehouse (Level 14)
Hiding place (Level 5)
Wall (Level 13)

My smithy glitched for awhile, and it would not let me upgrade, then when it was finished, it would downgrade again.
